Legacy Giving

Thank you for taking the time to consider leaving a gift to Respected in your will. These special gifts, no matter how small or large, help us to continue our important work to empower young people in the area of healthy relationships and sex.

You can leave a gift in your will in three different ways:

  • • A specific sum of money (a pecuniary legacy) - for example, £500.
  • • A share of your residuary estate (a residual legacy) after specific gifts, debts and funeral costs have been paid.
  • • A specific item (a specific legacy) such as jewellery, can be gifted to a charity.

Please contact your solicitor to talk through how to leave a gift to Respected in your will.

A gift in memory of a loved one can be a really positive way of celebrating their lives. This may be a one-off gift or some people like to ask for donations at a funeral instead of flowers.
